The do have smoking and non smoking floors which is good, though the non smoking floors are rather limited which is understandable cause it’s a casino property. The new tower, which some call it the Superior rooms tower, has much smaller rooms. The first tower is very old, very run down, not well maintain and looks like an 80’s low cost complex. We stayed at the new tower which is modern and clean. Just make sure that you get a room in the new tower, one cannot imagine how the older rooms smell like. One can’t be demanding with the hotel atmosphere with the rooms going at such affordable rates. ![]() Skip the breakfast unless you don’t mind feeling like you are in China since you can grabapp everywhere within reasonable cost. Service is decent and attentive in general. 24 hours security at the entrance if that is something you are bothered with. Had some issues with the tv reception, it goes on the fritz very regularly, making watching it a tad frustrating. The spacious room houses a two seater sofa, coffee table, laptop safe, hairdryer, several universal power points and a mini fridge. View of the river was pretty but it can get a bit noisy when the bars downstairs starts pumping up their music. Was assigned a room at the new hotel tower (Naga 2), it was clean, modern, well equipped and well as expected, the room smelled of stale cigarettes. A few overpriced F&B outlets are open through the night for your supper needs if the room service menu does not suit your fancy. The restaurants and entertainment in the hotel are wholly catered to their needs, so everything makes you feel like you stepped into a third tier city casino in China instead of Cambodia.
